February Meeting

FOR FEBRUARY (2/17/10)
*If you missed this Executive Chefs Panel speaking about dining out gluten free, you are going to be sad. It was an amazing evening! The speakers were so great. They taught us alot and even sent us each home with gift cards to their restaurants!!! Again, the guest speakers are very knowledgeable and it was our privilege to have them join us.

**Each so kindly offered a gift card from their restaurant to be donated to our monthly raffle. We accepted donations for the Haiti Relief Fund. 100% off donations made were sent to help those suffering from the devastating earthquake in Haiti. We earned over $100.00!!! Great job!

Other things that will be happening at our February meeting include the following.


*We had delicious tastings from Laura's Wholesome Junkfood and Katz gluten-free.

*We had our collection box for our ongoing food drive with St. Mary's Food Bank available as always.
